By using Guardyn, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Guardyn provides anti-theft protection for Android devices including evidence capture, alert delivery, and remote device commands. The service requires an active internet connection and appropriate device permissions.
You are responsible for using Guardyn only on devices you own or have explicit authorization to protect. Misuse of remote capture features on devices belonging to others is prohibited and may violate local laws.
Guardyn is a supplementary security tool. We do not guarantee evidence recovery in all theft scenarios. Device hardware limitations, network availability, and OS restrictions may affect functionality.
Pro features (such as intruder photo, video and audio evidence, remote video, audio and burst capture, and Telegram, Discord and custom alert destinations) require an active Pro pass or subscription purchased through Razorpay or Google Play Billing. Razorpay monthly and annual subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancellation takes effect after the paid period. The 7-day and 30-day passes do not renew. Google Play subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time from the app.
